課程概述

Strategic Management, as a required course, is designed to study the processes of strategy analysis, formulation, and implementation for business organizations. This course will provide frameworks and tools for industry-level competition analysis and firm-level situation analysis. Class participants will apply what they learn in class to real strategic decision making at both business level and corporate level. (Taught in Mandarin；中文授課)  

課程目標
 1. Guide participants to analyze competitive industry environment for business organizations;
2. Familiarize participants with strategy analysis, formulation, and implementation through case studies;
3. Conduct a research project on a business strategic planning and practice written and oral communication skills
