課程概述

The course prepares students to be an effective speaker, one who is able to
get most listeners to accept his/her ideas, to remember at least main points
of what’s said, and to respond as desired in various situations such as, oral
reports, briefings, group communications, proposals, discussions, etc. 

課程目標
 The course purports to teach and guide, rather than to merely present the
skills of how to design and deliver speeches.
