課程概述 |
課程簡介:本課程旨在介紹企業組織中,員工與組織的互動對其工作態度、工作行為、以及工作績效的影響。因此,諸如個體行為、團體動力、組織結構、工作動機、工作設計、工作壓力、組織文化、及領導行為等皆為組織心理學的研究內容。
課程設計:上課內容除了演講外,並設計小組個案研討。藉由小組之討論,使學生能將熟悉的組織心理學知識應用在企業管理實務上。
