課程概述

本課程主要是讓學生學習基本的微生物學操作技術,從顯微鏡的觀察開始,學習如何將細菌染色,觀察其形態構造,並利用生化特性鑑別細菌,以及分析微生物的遺傳特性,另外也將探討物理及化學因子對微生物生長之影響。 

課程目標
希望學生藉由此課程設計能引發對微生物學的興趣
