課程概述 |
本課程主要是讓學生學習基本的微生物學操作技術，從顯微鏡的觀察開始，學習如何將細菌染色，觀察其形態構造，並利用生化特性鑑別細菌，以及分析微生物的遺傳特性，另外也將探討物理及化學因子對微生物生長之影響。 |
