課程概述 |
BE CAREFUL! This course (IMPS1002-02) is conducted by Full English.
Statistics is an ensemble of methods comprising the data colleting, organizing, displaying, describing, analyzing and clarifying through a logical and suitable operation. This course aims to help students to conceptualize as a statistician while they deal with the problems or issues relating to the report and application of data analysis in the real world. According to this objective, this course will use a “Real world topic” to practice the related statistical method from the traditional lectures, will lead students to collect and analyze a real data from the real world, and will practice the basic concept and knowledge to deal with a real issue in the real world. |

Through the participation in the “Real world topic” in this course, students would be able to apply the statistical method in a real issue in the real world, would experience the real data collection and analysis, and would correctly explain the statistical results from a real data. |
