課程概述 |
Like Freshman English (I), this course is aimed at helping students to become successful users of English. More specifically, the kind of English that is generally above the intermediate level. In this course, students are expected to do the following things: (1) Reading high-quality English essays to appreciate the beauty of the English language and to absorb the profound ideas conveyed by the authors; (2) Responding to the essays in the form of writing; (3) Reading articles in English newspapers to interact with the contemporary world by means of English; (4) Watching a fun TV series to learn English in an enjoyable way |
