課程概述 |
Basically this course will go over the contents in the textbook with the supplemental materials (lecture notes) from other reference books.
The main five topics are
Chapter 1: Vectors and Fields
Chapter 2: Maxwell's Equations in Integral Form
Chapter 3: Maxwell's Equations in Differential Form and Uniform Waves in Free Space
Chapter 4: Fields and Waves in Material Media
Chapter 5: EM Potentials and Topics for Circuits and Systems

1. To learn the basics of electric and magnetic fields
2. To learn how to deal with the problems associated with EM field
3. Pave the way of required knowledge for the advanced EE topics such as communication, antenna design, optoelectronics, nanoelectronics, semiconductor devices, etc.
