課程概述

1. Explain the basic theories and main concepts of health-related physical fitness.
2. Teach methods for conducting health-related physical fitness training.
3. Explore theories and strategies of exercise in weight management and body composition optimization. 

課程目標
1. Cultivate students' interest in various sports and recreational activities to enhance physical fitness.
2. Enable students to choose and organize simple health-related physical fitness training to aid in weight management and body composition optimization.
3. Equip students with the ability to correctly perform relevant techniques in the physical fitness courses. 
課程要求
Bring own notebook and water; do wear sports attire and athletic shoes. Participation in the school sports game is required.

1.Participate in the School Sports Game, including track and field, team competitions, recreational games, and swimming competitions. Participate in various sports competitions during the Freshman Cup. 2. Participate in school or external sports-related activities (2 points added for each participation or completion certificate).
