課程概述 |
This course aims to stimulate the proficiency of using English for various purposes among non-English majors. It will also help students look into cultural nuances in different English-speaking countries. |
|
課程目標 |
1. Students will learn issues related to the changes of global environment and the advancement of technoloy.
2. Students will enlarge their vocabulary and the number of phrases for the discussion of certain issue.
3. Students will learn the basic elements of reading and writing (reasoning logic, topic sentence, concluding statement, supporting details, outlining, summarizing, paraphrasing, etc.)
4. Students will improve their constructions of sentences in English.
5. Students will become more organized in working out presentations. |
