課程概述 |
本課程旨在增進學生聽說讀寫四方面技能整合性之運用以及培養學生自主與合作學習的能力。教學方式以啟發學生自我學習為主,在教師協助下,配合視聽教材及電腦網路資源的運用,安排學生,或個人或小組,加強聽講、會話、閱讀和寫作之練習,並佐以學習策略之訓練。
英語的學習應不僅限於學校課堂裡,因此本課程為培養學生自主性學習,將輔導學生自行規畫課內外之語言學習,於學期末完成個人學習歷程檔案。
The purpose of this course is to develop in the students integrated skills in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing as well as the ability for autonomous and cooperative learning. In the student-centered classroom, students will be guided to use language learning strategies for effective learning and to practice listening, speaking, reading, and writing individually, in pairs, or in small groups with audio-visual materials and resources from the Internet.
The course welcomes those students who take their learning seriously and have a strong drive to improve their own English proficiency. Since English learning should not be limited in the classroom, students will be encouraged to plan their own language learning, participate in group and web-based activities, make good use of language learning resources on campus, and complete personal English portfolio at the end of the semester. |
