課程概述 |
The purpose of this course is twofold: (1) to further improve your listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities in English, with special emphasis on listening fluency and comprehension development, and (2) to help you develop academic skills that can help you transit successfully from high school to university classes. |
|
課程目標 |
To achieve these goals, you need to work both in and out of class. You need to complete the assigned reading before class and participate actively in class discussions, group exercises and on-line learning. You also need to complete a theme-based learning project that demonstrates your ability to listen, talk, read, and write about a topic that interests you. |
