課程概述

This course is an introduction to utopian literature. Attention will be paid first to some current utopian scholarship. Then we will study excerpts from various utopian novels with a view to appreciating diversity in the genre. 

課程目標
To introduce major utopian texts and to familiarize students with current utopian scholarship. 
課程要求
1.Regular attendance and active participation in class discussion.
2. Group oral report / Mid-term exam / Final exam
3. Term paper (optional; 4-6 pages)
