課程概述 |
This 2-credit required course for LIS undergraduate students will introduce you to the work of reference and information services, a core function that essentially defines the modern libraries & information institutions. |
課程目標 |
By attending the classes you will:
Gain knowledge in the major theories, professional ideologies, and principles underlying current R&I services.
Obtain basic skills for providing and managing R&I services in libraries and other information institutions.
Understand current issues, professional concerns, and recent developments that affect the future of R&I services. |
