課程概述 |
本課程著眼於資訊行為基本概念與理論之介紹,透過了解個人在各種情境中,須獲取哪些資訊,並如何與資訊互動,以滿足其需求,進而探討個人如何有效地尋求資訊並加以評估,資訊服務機構又如何據此規劃設計相關資訊服務。 |
課程目標 |
透過本課程,學生將學習資訊需求、資訊尋求與資訊使用之基本概念,掌握資訊行為的範疇,以及近年來資訊行為研究的發展趨勢。經由課堂講授、文獻閱讀、電影賞析與討論等活動,學生將習得資訊行為相關理論,同時涉獵資訊焦慮等資訊行為相關議題,進而在個人層次反思如何有效尋求資訊並加以評估,提升資訊素養;在機構層次反思如何規劃並提供適切的資訊服務,提升讀者服務與參考服務能力。 |
