課程目標：
1.By applying the `communicative approach`, to help students achieve the intermediate level of English-Japanese language skills so that the students will be able to function as responsible and independent members in business as well as the social environment that he/she will be in.
2.To help students to learn how to speak and act appropriately when they are with foreigners whose main language is either English or Japanese, thereby enable them to communicate effectively indicating difference of cultures and customs of the societies in which English and Japanese languages are spoken.
3.To stimulate students to acquire a sense of leadership and responsibility as mature individuals.
