課程概述 |
燈光設計是現代劇場中一個相當重要的視覺因素，雖然劇場演出製作已持續了好幾千年，舞台燈光從早期的自然光〈戶外劇場〉到蠟燭〈室內劇場〉，繼而進入工業時代的電燈，而藉由工業及科技之發展，電腦的發明，使得舞台燈光在呈現及控制上，更具可變性及敏感而細微的變化，於是無論寫實的再現或夢幻神奇的幻境，都不再是困難重重，而近十年電腦燈的急速發展，讓舞台燈光這個劇場視覺元素變的幾近無所不能，於是燈光設計在現代劇場的視覺設計中漸行重要及不可忽視。面對高度科技發展的21世紀，劇場舞台燈光設計範疇將不止包含一般燈光設計理論，尚需了解新科技在燈光上的影響，進而發展一套符合新世紀的設計語彙以趕上社會的發展 |

課程目標 |
本課程為燈光設計課程之基礎訓練，學生將經由設計理論入門，輔以整套燈光設計過程之訓練及有關燈光設計元素的實務操作，並進行個人作品之討論與分析，期使學生能充分了解設計過程及方法、技巧。另於學期末針對戲劇文本進行燈光設計紙上實作，以期學生能融會貫通設計理論與技巧、方法，在短短的一個學期的學習中，具備基本的燈光設計能力，以充足爾後從事劇場相關創作工作時之基本溝通能力 |
