課程概述 |
Development of patterns, muslins, and final garments for original designs. Experimentation with construction techniques employing final fabrics. |
|
課程目標 |
Through successful completion of class and laboratory activities, it is expected that students will:
1. Develop a high level of proficiency in garment construction.
2. Research patternmaking and construction techniques, finishes, and details appropriate to individual garments.
3. Complete patterns and muslins for original designs.
4. Fit muslins and make corrections as needed.
5. Participate in the critique process.
6. Achieve a high level of skill development, resourcefulness, and self-sufficiency in work habits. |
