課程概述

本課程探討類比推理的相關議題，包含其理論背景，以及在古代中國哲學哲學中的討論與使用。這裡所謂的類比推理，可以廣義地包括類比、分類、以及關聯等等相關的概念。我們將以Geoffrey Lloyd 談論中國與希臘哲學類比推理的專書作為出發點，而更進一步探討類比本身，以及分類與關聯等相關的議題。

課程目標
 本課程的目標在於探討類比推理相關的哲學議題，並比較西方哲學與中國哲學在類比推理上面的討論。 
課程要求
 修課學生須要積極參與討論，輪流導讀指定的閱讀文獻，口頭報告期末論文預定要撰寫的主題，並繳交一份期末論文。
