課程概述

道德之作為一種規範，有別於法律或是風俗、禮儀。道德要求不僅具有約束力，並且似乎具有非常獨特的約束力：無條件適用於被要求者，並且對被要求者具有無上的權威。但道德要求，如果有的話，真的具有如此獨特的約束力嗎？道德規範之權威的基礎何在？我們是真的負有道德義務的嗎？在本課程中，我們將閱讀有代表性之當代哲學家對此議題之見解，分析並檢視其論證是否成立。  

課程目標
 （1）使同學們有機會自我意識到道德義務之理據，明白自己為何要有道德。
（2）使同學們熟悉與道德規範性之議題相關的重要文獻。 
課程要求
 出席參與討論、上課前閱讀指定文獻、作業（閱讀之後提出可深入討論的關鍵問題）、輪流報告章節、期末報告
