課程概述

課程內容主要討論如何就圖書館各項作業與資訊服務進行評估,討論議題包括圖書館作業與服務評估之內涵、評估設計、評估資料蒐集及服務成效分析。 

課程目標
- 了解圖書館作業與資訊服務評估之基本概念
- 掌握圖書館作業與資訊服務評估的理論架構
- 熟悉圖書館作業與資訊服務評估常用之研究方法與測量標準
- 具備實際進行圖書館作業與資訊服務評估的能力
- 對圖書館作業與資訊服務評估相關議題有所認知與了解。
