Course Description |
本課程主軸繫於以「翻譯」作為方法，重新將華語與文化置於全球歷史語境之中，尤其關注翻譯此一語言理論概念如何伴隨現代國際世界的生成，並細緻地身份與認同共生。課程將以「現代性」(modernity)、「翻譯政治」(politics of translation) 與「文化翻譯」(cultural translation)作為關鍵思索的內涵，並分成四大項主題：
1. 世界如何被翻譯的？翻譯理論選讀
2. 翻譯地理概念：世界、東亞、中華、臺灣、本土
3. 身份翻譯：華人文化與歷史
4. 臺灣的華語文化位置 |
