課程概述 |
The material this program is using Practical Audio-visual I & Practical Audio-visual II. The students may take good care on listening, speaking and reading and cross the border caused by language, and, moreover, understand the language and the culture through this course. |
|
課程目標 |
Focusing on the training of Mandarin oral ability, this class aims to induce discussion among students through different materials. At the end of the semester, students are supposed to do some basic conversation. Crucially, students are expected not only to actively participate in class discussions but also to do oral presentations with regard to related issues. |

課程要求 |
Grading will be based on students’ attendance(10%), quizzes(20%), participation & discussion(10%), homework & oral presentations(20%), mid-term test(20%), and final test(20%) |

出缺席成績 Attendance |
10% |
A. 遲到或早退20分鐘都以缺席1小時計。
Late for class more than 20 minutes or leave class 20 minutes earlier than scheduled time will be regarded as one-hour absence.
B. 一個學期有6小時沒來上課，老師不會扣分。從第7個小時開始，1個小時扣0.5分。
Students won’t lose any point if they are absent within 6 hours. However, students will lose 0.5 points per hour from the 7th hour.
C. 如果需要請假，請先寫信跟老師說，病假例外。請假3個小時扣1分。
If students need to take a day off, please tell the instructor in advance. Except for sick leave. Students will lose 1 point every 3 hours. |

這個部分的成績跟你上課的時候是不是聽老師說話、做老師給的活動、還有是不是常常不來上課有關係。
The students are graded according to the performance in class. Answering questions in Chinese, joining the discussion and practicing in class will help you to get high scores. However, this score would be deducted if the students were absent too many times, or absent without informing the teacher in advance. |

A. 《實用視聽華語一》第10~ 12課、《實用視聽華語二》第1~ 5課：每一課開始上的第二天，不管老師教完新詞沒有，都得交寫中國字練習作業。Hand in the practice of Chinese characters on the second day of the start of each lesson no matter whether we finish that lesson or not.
B. 每一課的作業簿，都在教完那一課的第二天交給老師。Hand in the Students’ book on the next time of each lesson that we finish it. |

平時考試 Regular Tests |

(1) 聽寫考試。聽寫內容是老師指定的詞彙和語法。老師大概念6個句子，每個句子只念3次。
(2) 每課有單元考試，包括聽力測驗與口語測驗。
This is the average of every diction and tests of each lesson. There would be diction or test EVERY TIME. |

期中考 Midterm Exam |

期中考成績，包括筆試及口試。Midterm Exam includes paper test and oral test. |

期末考 Final Exam |

期末考成績，包括筆試及期末報告。Final Exam includes paper test and final presentation. |
