課程概述

本課程針對財團法人國家實驗研究院(簡稱國研院)的專業領域，包括科技政策、實驗動物、地震工程、太空中心、高速網路與計算、半導體、儀器科技，與海洋科技等相關文本進行翻譯練習，了解不同科技文本的特色，並依據國研院的實務需求，培養翻譯工作的核心能力。

本課程之翻譯作品將提供國研院用於業務推廣及科普宣傳，相關著作權將由國研院另與修課同學個別約定。 

課程目標
 本課程以翻譯國家實驗研究院所提供之文本為主，結合翻譯科技，完成國家實驗研究院之文本翻譯，為實務導向的專業技能課程，以期增強學生的職場競爭力，並因應科技翻譯人才之需求。 
課程要求
 了解國家實驗研究院專業領域文本的架構與撰寫，並建立翻譯專業領域文本的能力。

 (1) Lateness: students who come in class more than 10 minutes late will be marked absent for the entire 3-hour-class period. (2) If you are absent in case of uncontrollable situations (e.g. illness, emergency, important occasions, etc.), please apply for a leave on the 'Student Leave Request System'. (3) Students absent three times or more without cause will receive 0 credits.
