課程概述 |
I. Differentiation and Continuity :
(A) functions of one variable :
(i) Limit, continuity and differentiability.
(ii) Roll’s theorem, mean value theorem, intermediate value theorem and its applications.
(B) functions of several variables:
(i) Limit, continuity of functions of several variables.
(ii) Partial derivatives of functions of several variables.
(iii) Extremal problem.
II. Integrations:
(A) functions of one variable :
(i) The methods.
(ii) Its applications.
(iii) Improper integrals.
(B) functions of several variables :
(i) Multiple integration and its application.
(ii) Vector analysis.
III. Differential equations. |

課程目標 |
Understand the use of infinitesimals, derivatives and integrations of functions and numerical methods in approximating a solution. The skills in calculus as a preparatory discipline in application to other field. Understand the value of a differential equation in treating problems in natural phenomena. |
