In this course, I’ll introduce differential equations (DE) including the following topics.
1.First order DE (textbook 3)
2.Systems of first order DE (textbook 2, 3)
3.Variable Coefficient, Second Order, Linear, Ordinary DE (textbook 1)
4.Boundary Value Problems and Sturm–Liouville Theory (textbook 1,3)
5.Fourier Series and the Fourier Transform (textbook 1)
6.Laplace Transforms (textbook 1, 3)
7.Existence, Uniqueness, Continuity of Solutions of Ordinary DE (textbook 1,4)
8.Phase Plane Methods (textbook 1, 2, 4)
9.Group Theoretical Methods (textbook 1)

Introduce basic theorems and concepts of ordinary differential equations (ODE). Through this course, students may learn standard results of ODE and related topics.
