課程目標 |
本課程主要把一些在高中時期所學的概念進一步釐清，更進一步廣泛探討與了解化學在各學科的應用。
此課程是針對農學院的學生所規劃，因此就上述教學目標為基準，我會分為六大部分來介紹此課程，並用時事科學新知來補充，以增加學生學習興趣。一開始先幫同學複習原子、分子理論並介紹分子的鍵結。第二部分介紹理想氣體、氣體動力論、平衡常數、勒沙特列原理、反應速率常數以及催化劑。第三部分，以The Bronsted-Lowry Theory來介紹酸鹼概念、如何計算溶液的pH值、緩衝溶液與多質子酸的滴定。課程後半段，詳細介紹此課程焦點energy (E)，enthalpy (H)，entropy (S)，free energy (G)以及現今能源問題，最後簡述一點電化學觀念。第五部分，介紹液體與溶液的滲透壓，並且概略簡介固態化學的結構。第六部分，重點將著重在配位化學，。最後一部分，概述hydrogen, oxygen, phosphine, sulfur的化學與有機化學觀念，再帶入一些生化分子與應用。
