課程概述 |
本課程為介紹有機化學之基本知識,提供必備的基礎有機化學能力。
此為一學期課程,可以將整個課程概分為以下主題:
1. 有機化學之基礎觀念介紹
2. 碳氫化合物之性質及反應
3. 立體化學
4. 有機化學之取代與消去反應
5. 有機不飽和碳之性質及反應
6. 芳香類化合物之性質及反應
7. 有機化合物之鑑定
8. 有機化合物之官能基及其相互間轉換
9. 生物有機化學
請參考進度表涵蓋之主題章節。
每週四小時課堂教學 。
原則上本課程不開放予他系學生修習,若外系學生想要修習本門課程必須事先徵得任課教師的同意。
This is a one-semester course, which can be broadly divided into the following topics:
1. Introduction to basic concepts of organic chemistry
2. Properties and reactions of carbon and hydrogen compounds
3. Stereochemistry
4. Substitution and elimination reactions in organic chemistry
5. Properties and reactions of organic unsaturated carbon
6. Properties and reactions of aromatic compounds
7. Identification of organic compounds
8. Functional groups in organic compounds and their interconversions
9. Bioorganic chemistry

Four hours of classroom instruction per week.
In principle, this course is not open to students from other departments. Students from other departments who wish to take this course must obtain the instructor's prior consent. |

Essential basic organic chemistry skills include the naming, structure and properties of organic molecules, identification of molecular structures, chemical reaction characteristics of various functional groups, and designing reasonable synthetic routes to synthesize the desired molecules. |
