* Conjugated Unsaturated Systems: Ally systems/Dienes
* Aromaticity and Huckel’s Rule/Electrophilic substitutions
* Aldehydes and Ketones
* Tautomerization/Preparations/Aldo reactions/ Organometallics
* Enol and Enolate Chemistry
* Carboxylic acids and Their Derivatives: structures and reactions
* Amines: Properties and reactions
* Structure Determinations: IR/NMR/MS spectroscopy/UV-Visible
* Introduction to Biomolecules: Carbohydrate and Its Metabolism

1) 瞭解有機化學基本原理;
2) 有機化學結構命名及特性;
3) 有機化學反應及機構;
4) 應用光譜解析簡單有機分子結構;
5) 了解生物體代謝基本反應。 |

課程要求
1) 課前預習有助於瞭解授課內容，若未能預習，請儘量在課後複習，趕上課程進度。
2) 修課學生須準時參加兩次期中考，一次期末考（日期請在自己的行事曆中標示）。不得有作弊的行為，除了因公務或疾病原因外（需醫院證明），缺考者該次考試成績以零分計算，不得要求補考。 |
