課程概述 |
教學內容: 此為一學年課程，基本上為一般有關有機化學之基本知識介紹，基礎鍵結與酸鹼概念、各種官能基的物性與化性，高分子化學的介紹，可將整個課程概分為以下主題：
1. 有機化學之基礎觀念介紹
2. 碳氫化合物之性質及反應
3. 芳香類化合物之性質及反應
4. 立體化學
5. 取代與消去反應
6. 有機化合物之官能基及其相互間轉換
7. 有機化合物之鑑定
8. 生物有機化學
9. 高分子化學
課程中將會對此九大主題依課本進度分章節論述，課程之詳細預定進度將於每學期開始時另訂之。

有機化學是探討有機分子的結構與其性質關係的學問，藉由對有機小分子行為的了解，進而推展至對高分子行為之認識，是本課程的主要目的。 |
