(A-I-7) Solid state photon-emission: Quantum wells; quantum wires.
(A-I-8) Advanced Problems.
(I-0) Preparations
(1) current viewpints on Pauli paramegetism or free electron model: question:
the spin-flips near Fermi levels (solids?) or through the whole spin system
(atoms? MEA?).
(2) for He-like atoms for ground state.
(3) introduction to field theoretical calculation of the degenerate electron
gas.
(4) density functional theory
(5) density functional theory for the top level (Highest Occupoied Level) of
the magnetism of He-like atoms and solids.
RESULTS:
(I-1) Spin-dependent transport for spin-dependent average kinetic energies
due to spin-dependent Fermi energies above and statistical mechanics
(I-2) Local ferromagnetism from exchange energy functional, equivalent to
Heisenberg many-body effect ferromagnetism from exchange integrals
(I-3) Ferromagnetism of He-like atoms corrected anyway for Rydberg atoms
(I-4) Spin-dependent self-consistent field for atoms
(I-5) Electron distribution for H-negative-ion, as extension of Thomas field
to negative ions
(I-6) Superfluidity for metals: Ni and K, etc. from Thomas-Fermi-Dirac
model, in general view
(I-7) Charge transfers from density-functionals for surface and molecular
processes, these introduced atomic processes for dischargings and static and
sliding frictions, which similar to macroscopically rubbings a surface in
elementary school physics
(I-8) Charge distributions for surface and adatoms in front of surfaces with
finite extensions similar to the Thomas field for positive ions
(I-9) Statistical model of clusters by densities as transitions from atoms to
bulks
(I-10) Pauli principle for He-like atoms in density functional
theory
