課程概述 |
Particle Physics
This is a course for particle physics. Students taking the course are assumed to know some quantum field theory, in particular Feynman rules. After a brief review of Feynman rules, the Standard Model of strong and electroweak interactions will be introduced. The rest of the course will discuss how the SM describes the strong and electroweak interactions, and various processes which supported and helped to confirm and test the SM. Some ideas beyond the SM will be discussed at the end.
