課程概述 |
本課程以化學系有機組碩士班與博士班學生為授課對象,學程半年,為4學分課程,總人數上限為50人。非有機組以及外系的學生建議應去修化學生物組的「高等化學生物學」,其實質內容亦為有機合成,偏重生物與藥學相關之課題。本課程使用之教材因內容極多,不可能所有內容一一含蓋,僅挑選其中最常用及重要的一些合成試劑及反應來討論,並加入一些我認為需要的內容。希望在本部份結束時,學生能對重要的官能基轉換及建立碳—碳鍵的方法有好的掌握。 |
