課程概述 |
地球生物圈存在著各式各樣型態的地質環境,這些地質環境的多樣性正支持孕育出多樣性的地質微生物,地質微生物的多樣性即表現在其多樣的代謝路徑、酵素系統、二次代謝物和基因表現上,這正是提供現代工業開發新技術和新材料所需之豐富資源庫,因此地質微生物展現對現代工業創新的莫大貢獻。本課程將介紹地質微生物與其代謝物在工業上的應用及商業化生產的相關技術,並介紹案例以說明實際技術的運用。本課程設計在提供學生有優良的地質微生物科學知識和技術,並能透過商業化生產技術,將知識轉譯成產業價值。
