一、修課條件：已修畢普通心理學、人格心理學
二、課程目的：介紹心理學中的主要人格理論，使學習者熟知各理論流派之內涵與研究重點。
三、課程內容：
1. Sigmund Freud’s psychoanalytic theory
2. Carl Jung’s analytic psychology
3. Erich Fromm, Karen Horney, Harry Sullivan’s psychoanalytic social psychology
4. Eric Erikson and contemporary psychoanalytic theory
5. Henry Murray’s personlogogy
6. Gordon Allport’s psychology of the individual
7. R. B. Cattell’s factor-analytic trait theory
8. Hans Eysenck’s biological trait theory
9. George Kelly’s personal construct theory
10. The five-factor model of personality
11. Carl Roger’s self theory
12. Abraham Maslow’s theory of need hierarchy
13. Albert Bandura’s social learning theory

四、上課方式：演講、閱讀報告、討論
五、成績評量：閱讀書面評論30%，口頭報告與出席30%，期末考40%
