課程概述 |
如何增進注意力,提升創意與幸福感是社會所關注與迫切需求的。近年來正念(或各式覺照、靜觀、靜坐)訓練對大腦所產生的正向效果尤其受到大眾與科學界的注目,本課程的設計呼應此需求,內容分為兩部分:(一)閱讀討論和正念等相關的心理學或認知神經科學文獻,並與傳統文化中的論述與做法對話。(二)靜坐與身心中軸覺察(Body-Mind Axial Awareness, BMAA)實作練習。前者以流傳在台灣的靜坐方式(觀呼吸)為主,並結合後者的原則。BMAA根據雅樂學者陳玉秀所解構的「身心中軸動態原則」,考量目前學生的身心狀況與問題而設計。該原則源自東亞各國禮樂傳統中「身心合一」、「天人合一」的實踐,是一窺儒家與道家核心思想的體證進路,也與傳統武術、音樂、書法等藝術運作的原則相通。與靜坐相比,是一種動態的靜觀,容易落實在生活行住坐臥中。 |
課程目標 |
(一)藉由強調身心合一的身心中軸察覺動態練習與強調專注當下的靜坐練習提升修課者認知控制與彈性,增進主體性與平和感,培養自我提升與自我安頓的能力。
(二)藉由文獻討論,從科學與文化的角度瞭解國內外正念與BMAA的訓練效果與機制,瞭解身心的關係,培養對相關議題的興趣與瞭解

每週實作練習反思報告(30%)- 每週四晚上九點前上傳雲端
期末學習心得報告(6%)- 一至三頁A4、於期末考週繳交並分享學習心得五分鐘
