課程目標 |
本課程以跨領域視角研讀都市與性別理論，指定教材以西方都市與性別之文化理論經典文獻為主，輔以國內相關議題之研究，同時邀請十位國內對性別與都市學有專精之學者至課堂演講。研讀內容聚焦十九世紀之現代都市與當代全球城市，強調歷史縱深，探討的重要課題包括：空間的性別理論、現代性與（女性）漫遊者論辯、情慾與都市、身體與都市、城鄉與性別、全球城市之階級與性別。學生將透過課堂講授、專題演講、口頭報告與群組討論等方式，學習以跨國語境與多重觀點的研究方法來理解與分析性別與城市文化之歷史以及兩者之間盤根錯節的關連。 |

課程要求 |
修課學生必須每週在上課前上課程網站繳交指定教材之閱讀心得，除課堂講解與討論研讀教材之外，依照主題邀請國內相關研究之學者來做專題演講。目前規劃邀請九位人文社會學門之講者 |
