課程概述

訓練研究生
(1)專題演講聽講發問
(2)整理、歸納研究論文
(3)製作清晰易懂的投影片
(4)口語表達能力，回答問題能力  

課程目標
 訓練研究生整理、歸納研究論文，製作清晰易懂的投影片，口語表達能力，回答問題能力，並著重在：
1. new advances in physical oceanographic research
2. student's presentation skills
3. responding to criticisms 
課程要求
 Each MS or Ph.D. student (excluding the 1st-year student) has to give one talk. The talk has to include a brief literature review and the progress of your thesis work. Please discuss with your adviser "before" your presentation.
For 1st year MS student: 15 min talk (meet separately from 1:20-2:10)
For 2nd+ year MS or Ph.D. student: 20~30 min talk
