課程概述 |
This compulsory course for master’s students in the Institute of Oceanography is designed to introduce marine ecosystems and biology while addressing biological questions using interdisciplinary approaches across various spatial and temporal scales. Topics covered include the marine environment, food webs, pelagic and coastal ecosystems, deep-sea and demersal ecosystems, marine resource conservation, and marine pollution. |

課程目標 |
The course will provide a comprehensive introduction to the fundamental principles of biological oceanography while exploring contemporary research topics in the field. Students will actively engage in discussions and develop critical perspectives on global and regional issues. |

‧Laptops or mobile phones are necessary for online practice in the course.
‧Apart from the textbook, extensive reading is required. |
