Course Description |
本課程為公共行政理論之入門課程,課程設計係以大一同學為主要授課對象。上課方式以教授講授為主，課堂討論與演講為輔。課程設計跨(上)(下)兩學期，上學期的主要授課範圍為: (一)公共行政與行政國之意義；(二)行政學理論之發展與演變；(三)公共組織理論及其運作;以及(四)政府角色:市場失靈與政府失靈。下學期則以(一)政府人事管理;(二)財政管理；(三)公共政策導論；(四)公共行政之未來發展為主要的探討課題。 |
