Course Description |
本學期將以人權為授課重心，並將加強司法案例之理解。課程包括傳統之自由權與爾後發展之社會權。對於新興基本權也會略為介紹。 |

Course Objective |
對人權基本理念之瞭解，並理解我國人權體系及其救濟程序。
熟悉我國大法官的違憲審查運作。 |
