課程目標 |
國家安全問題是國內目前備受關切的議題，亦是國內學界日益重視的一研究領域。本課程之目的在對國際關係學中的安全與戰略研究領域，為學生做一全面的介紹，期使學生對此領域的重要理論及文獻有一基本的認識，以利日後有意鑽研於此領域的學生，發掘出自己有興趣的課題並進一步深入探討之。課程的內容著重於解釋與探討國際關係中武力運用的問題，亦即探討武力之威脅與運用的手段與目的，以及分析戰爭的成因、準備與執行，並研究如何預防之，以促使學生對安全與戰略問題有一全面性的認識。 |

課程要求 |
1. 上課出席與參與討論 10%
2. 學期報告 (6/15前繳交) 45% 自行找一專題，撰寫6千字左右的學術論文，須依循學術格式。
3. 期末考 45%
(為確保論文的順利進行，學生須在4月27日前選定題目，並繳交一份2百字(不含參考書目)報告大綱，說明研究計劃動機、目的、章節安排及問題意識、與資料來源，並經老師同意。大綱將列入學期論文成績計算(佔10%)。寫作格式與要求重點，將於課堂說明。) |
