課程概述

課程介紹

本課程是歐洲聯盟研究的導論，目的是讓修習同學對於歐洲國際現勢丶重要歐洲國家外交政策，以及歐洲聯盟的歷史和組織制度有紮實的理解，同時與台灣歐洲商會（ECCT）合作，邀集在台歐洲企業CEO或高級主管參與授課，從歐洲企業家的角度解釋歐洲聯盟的運作和永續經營等歐洲核心價值的內涵與實踐。

整個學期分為兩部份，包括由我講授歐洲和歐洲聯盟的專論以及由歐洲企業家講授的專題。

選課方式

本課程為歐洲暨歐盟研究學程必選課程，以及全校通識課程，名額80人，選修依序為：

1. 註冊歐洲暨歐盟研究學程同學優先。
2. 其次為申請人數40人。請申請同學撰寫不超過100字短文，講述修課的動機和期待，附上姓名/學號/系級/聯絡方式，並於111年9月12日星期一下午五點整前，寄至 hdsu@ntu.edu.tw，此為蘇宏達老師的電郵
3. 其餘採電腦抽籤。

-平時 40%
 課堂參與丶出席: 30%
 (15% as the starting point)
 有助增加平時成績方式包括：
1. 出席上課時教授推薦之台灣歐盟中心丶台灣歐洲商會丶歐盟駐台代表處之活動或事務，並撰述100字心得傳給助教。
2. 主動參與其它歐盟相關活動或事務，並撰述100字心得給助教。
3. 上課積極出席丶參與討論。
 1篇心得摘要: 10%,有兩個選擇
 任選一週之指定閱讀的一篇專章撰寫300字摘要和200字心得,於當週上課前線上繳交)
 針對我以外來授講講者內容,撰寫300字摘要和200字心得,於隔週上課前線上繳交)
 可以繳交至多三次，擇其中最高一次成績計算。
 期中時，助教會個別通知同學平時成績的暫時統計。

-期中報告 20%
 口頭報告: 20%

-期末報告 40%
 口頭報告: 20%
 英文2500-3000字的書面報告，或中文5000-6000字報告，或8分鐘短片或其它: 20%。
 期末報告，無須註釋，但要附參考文獻表列。文獻必須包括至少：
 英文SSCI或Scopus學術期刊論文，或重要學術出版社（Oxford University Press, Routledge, Macmillam Press, EE, NTU Press）出版專書專章兩篇
 中文TSSCI期刊論文兩篇
 歐美英重要智庫報告一篇
 歐盟官方文件兩筆


NOTICE ON PLAGIARISM (抄襲的問題)
I have witnessed an increase in academic dishonesty nowadays. Students who are caught copying work without referencing it will receive an automatic grade of 0 points. Even if you paraphrase material (use your own words) you must still provide page number/author. I am very serious about this and will not negotiate with students who are caught copying work.
現今在學術上不誠實的情形增加了。被發現未註明引用資料即抄襲他人作品的學生，必然獲得零分。即使以自己的用語改述他人作品，仍必須提供作者及其出處頁數。我對此非常嚴格，而且一旦發現有抄襲著作情形，將無任何討論餘地。

退選停修 : 這堂課是歐洲暨歐盟研究學程必選修，與歐盟代表處丶台灣歐洲商會籌劃兩年多才建立，並邀請歐洲重要企業提供台大同學實習機會，涉及台大與歐盟重要產官機構之合作，申請人數眾多，因此請同學在選修前務必仔細衡量。加退選終止後，本課程將不接受退選停修申請。
