Course Description |
This is an intermediate macroeconomic course taught in English. This course will mainly teach the neoclassical framework: (1) neoclassical growth theory, and (2) neoclassical business cycle. We will go through both theory and data to see how macroeconomists answer economic questions. |
|
Course Objective |
This course will be taught in the form of flip-course: watching lecture videos at home and come to the classroom for activities.
All course materials, videos, and grades will be posted in the NTU Cool. |
|
Course Requirement |
First week in-classroom lecture and math review.
Starting from the second week, online lecture. I will upload the lecture video every Monday. You have to finish watching and learning the lecture on time every week. We will meet Thursday 10:30-11:30 in the classroom for Q&A and class activities. |
