課程概述 |
除了在課堂上討論社區組織/發展的相關概念、議題及歷史脈絡外，透過課堂上教學影片的討論及分組實地社區作業，學生將更能掌握當前台灣社區工作發展的動態。每堂課將有中、英文講義資料，學生需事先閱讀以利討論，期中考佔40％，個別作業小考20％，口頭報告10％及分組作業30％。可參考英文書籍：

社區組織與社區發展
一、課程簡介
「社區主義」、「社區發展」、「市民主義」、「社區總體營造」、「社區照顧」、「社區抗爭」。這些在媒體上經常出現的術語，到底指涉的是什麼？本課程將給你正確的答案。
這是一門社會工作方法的課程，旨在使學生熟悉如何組織社區來解決問題，增進居民福利。由於工業社會的複雜與多元，社區形態在改變中，從鄉村社區到城市中的住宅、商業社區，以至於利益團體的社團、黨派。因此，本課程將針對不同的社區型態與組織方法，兼顧理論與實務，期使學生嫻熟社區工作的理論與技術。
二、教學方法與評分標準
本課程每週上課三小時，以講演為主，討論為輔。學生於每週上課前務必
閱讀指定參考資料，以利參與課程討論。若有參考資料將課前先發給。學生修習本課程，除了上課外，應參加期末考試，以及作業練習一次。學期成績評分，以考試成績與作業報告各占 50%。作業規定如下：
參與或訪問一個正在進行的社區組織計劃，(包括社區發展協會，社會運動組織，利益團體或結社，社區營造組織等均可)，撰寫成一篇5000字以上的學期報告，於期末考時交齊。參與或訪問過程中以三人為一小組進行為原則，自行分工撰寫報告，並於期末進行班上公開發表。報告內容應包括：
(1) 社區(團)簡史
(2) 社區(團)現況描述
(3) 社區(團)的組織分析或社區行動與策略分析
(4) 社區的未來發展
(5) 結論與學習心得。
