課程概述 |
本課程從生態主義的理念出發，針對環境政治與政策研究的脈絡、理論途徑、永續發展與全球治理等相關主題進行討論，以提供學生分析環境政治與政策的思考架構。本課程分為三大部分：第一部份介紹環境問題的本質與生態政治理論的途徑；第二部分探討環境政治與政策的主要議題，包含市場及國家的角色、科技風險與民主治理等；第三部份則將視野拉至國際層面，討論全球治理、氣候變遷、與永續發展的議題及挑戰。 |

課程目標 |
本課程除了培養學生具備環境政治與政策專業所需的相關理論知識，更特別強調環境議題在台灣民主轉型的意涵，以深化學生作為公民應有的社會關懷、國際視野與批判反思之能力。 |

課程要求 |
閱讀報告－40%；課堂討論－20%；學期報告－40%。 |
