課程概述 |
This is an empirical research course in macroeconomics, international finance, and macro-finance for graduate students, and undergraduate students who seek to pursue a graduate degree. It aims to illustrate how to apply macro-econometric methods to a topic that interests you. Students are expected to experience empirical economic research. |

課程目標 |
This course has the following goals:
1. Learn about strategies to conduct an empirical research project in macroeconomics and macro-finance.
2. Learn about time series econometrics whenever needed.
3. Improve your writing and oral exposition skills.
4. Improve your ability to give and receive constructive criticism.
5. Learn something about the macroeconomic economy, by completing an original research project.
