課程概述

歐州聯盟是全球最大經濟體。本課程將介紹歐洲聯盟的經濟面組織與運作，討論經濟整合的過程，由關稅同盟/共同貿易政策/經濟整合/貨幣同盟/金融市場整合等發展至今，也探討貨幣同盟中共同貨幣所遭遇的問題，歐洲中央銀行的組織及運作，以及貨幣政策與財政政策搭配遇到的抵換(trade-off)難題。

課程目標

本課程是臺大歐盟課程中的一門課，目標使修習者能認識目前全球最完善的區域整合組織，其組織與運作，以及追求人類社會的繁榮與表現，對於全球及亞洲地區的整合都具有示範效果。

課程要求

閱讀指定參考文獻及資料，有期中及期末考試(簡易測驗題及問答題)。
