課程概述

課程概述
人口高齡化是目前世界各國所面臨的共同課題，在我國也不例外。我國的老年人口比率雖比其他福利先進國家為低，但高齡化的速度卻比其他國家為快。在人口高齡化之趨勢下，老年相關給付已成西方福利先進國家最大的社會福利支出項目，而年金與老人照顧體系的改革也是近年來西方國家社會福利發展的最重要課題之一。我國國民年金保險、勞工保險年金制度、勞工退休金新制都已開辦，長期照護保險與公教人員保險老年給付的年金制度也在積極規劃，我國的老年社會政策已邁入一個新的時代，有許多相關的議題，值得深入地探究。本課程主要探討的焦點在人口老化的趨勢與影響、退休與老年經濟保障、老人與照顧議題、以及高齡社會政策的性別與代間議題等

2.協助學生瞭解我國和主要國家的老年經濟保障體系的發展與挑戰
3.協助學生瞭解我國和主要國家的老人照顧體系的發展與挑戰
4.協助學生瞭解高齡化社會政策的重要議題與政策方向。

2.閱讀報告與課前報告25%
3.學期報告25%。題目為「因應我國人口高齡化的政策說帖」，1500-3000字。
