Course Objective
本課程在讓大學部學生了解生化學領域之基礎學術理論,以授課為主,內容包括糖類、脂質、胺基酸蛋白質之合成與代謝,酵素學、DNA合成與複製、RNA調控、訊息傳遞、賀爾蒙、致癌機制、營養等,以期能奠定學生之生化原理,培養日後修習其他相關課程之基礎。
