Course Description |
在本課程中牙醫系學生將學習執行牙科固定補綴治療，主要為牙冠與牙橋所需的牙醫學知識，包括診斷，治療計畫，臨床操作程序，技工操作步驟，材料科學，生理學，咬合學以及美學等層面。 |
|
Course Objective |
1. 能夠對局部缺牙患者進行口內與口外檢查與蒐集檢查資料，評估牙齒缺損狀況、缺牙位置、考量牙周與牙髓狀況、並給予診斷與擬定固定義齒之治療計畫。
2. 對於製作固定義齒所必備的知識如: 修磨牙齒、印模、製作臨時義齒、比色、美學評估、設計義齒型態與支架、義齒材料學、裝戴、黏著、維護。
3. 了解適合全金屬、瓷融合金屬、全瓷牙冠牙橋等材料之適應症與所需修磨牙齒的需求，以及理解冠蓋體(partial veneer crown / onlay) 的設計原則與適應症。
4. 了解固定牙冠牙橋失敗的可能原因與如何避免失敗發生。 |
